Siberian Huskies are friendly, strong, pack-oriented dogs who are easily identified by their thick fur coats. They are quick, athletic dogs who thrive in colder climates. Originally bred to pull sleds, they love to run at any opportunity they get.
Siberian Huskies are known as “self-cleaning,” with their thick double coats only requiring baths a few times a year. They shed their undercoat twice a year, and require regular brushing to help them get rid of the undercoat.
Huskies shed their undercoat a couple times each year, and moderately the rest of the year.
Huskies are energetic, athletic dogs who require lots of exercise. A busy Husky is a well-behaved Husky!
